[1] So, first of all, as you probably know but I do need to point out every time: 'camellia' is 'Tsubaki'. Also, camellias don't really have a strong scent! You'll sometimes see it listed in perfumery, but this is what is known as a "fantasy note", where a scent evokes a concept more than the real scent itself. (Also, did you know that camellias have historically been seen as bad omens, because when they die they drop their entire flower at once instead of shedding their petals gradually? :) Just thought that was fun to know.)
[2] A seventh chord is a chord consisting of a triad and an interval of a seventh above the root. The reason I'm taking the time to define it is just because it's really common in jazz specifically; they're really useful for transitions and improvisation.
[3] What he says is "mass game", which is actually usually not a game but a large group of people doing the same dance or similar in unison; I figure this communicates the idea in as few words as possible.
