First you want to just start by putting on your workout clothes, then move on to putting on your workout clothes and going outside, and repeat from there! Once you've built that up, it's easy to make the jump to start talking walks, and then runs, and then going to the gym! Just the same as you might feel bad on a day that you don't brush your teeth, it's an easy first step to make a habit of putting on your workout gear every day. 💪
