B's Log September 2025: Summer Time Memories

Make unforgettable memories in the sunshine and the endless summer

This is the second in a series of original writing connected to the special project "Midsummer Mirage". Let's all take a look at how they enjoy their summer ♥

This was a photo of when we played volleyball during free time. At first, the only people playing were second years, but people from all the grade levels started joining in and it was a ton of fun. IN particular, Rokuta's serve was no joke!

This was a photo from one of the activities we did! It was fun hanging out with Mikoshiba-kun from the middle school~ The school lent us the water guns. There was a rumor going around that the chairman bought them with his own money, but I wonder if that's really true? (lol)

This photo was from the time I spent observing the stars with the students. Looking up at the sky out in a place that's close to nature, you get to witness a sky that's darker blue and stars that are brighter than you've ever seen before; it was beautiful. It seemed like Yamato-kun, the head of the astronomy club, also had a good time stargazing. It was very cool at night, so the students were able to relax and have a good time.

One day, Ryu-kun became a mermaid! But when he tried to talk to a fishy, it swam away, which was a big problem! It said that if Ryu-kun were a real mermaid, shouldn't he have a tail fin? But Ryu-kun is a special Land Mermaid! Maybe next time, he'll be a desert shark!

Ah, this photo? I was out taking a walk in the free time before dinner and the janitor, ol' Kanbayashi-san, snapped it.

Reo was sleeping on the beach, and I was worried that it would be a problem if he got heat stroke, so I called out to him. After that the two of us ate shaved ice together; it was refreshingly cold and very tasty.

This was from when the students were having dinner, so I was taking a break with Chairman Kuzuryu. During the day I had to be on guard to make sure the students didn't get into trouble or get hurt, so I wasn't expecting to have the time to take a more leisurely look at the scenery, but it was a pretty nice place.

There is absolutely no chance that I would cavort in the ocean like a child. I hadn't actually intended to go to the pool, either. However, as the president of the junior high student council, I decided that it would be prudent for me to participate in some of the activities. This photo was done by my homeroom teacher, Inukai.

I was taking a walk in the morning and found a beach with no people on it. It was a nice spot, so I decided to go into the water; it felt very nice. The sound of the waves on the sand and the feeling of the cool water on my skin were very relaxing. Kaida-sensei passed by and laughed, asking 'what in the world I was doing'.

Look, look! That biiig watermelon looks reallllly yummy, right~? Well, it tasted just as good as it looked! Oh, also, Kei-chan borrowed this big straw hat for me so that I wouldn't get heat stroke! And Ryu lent me the swim ring! I had a bunch of fun playing with everyone!

Even when students ask me to compete racing in long-distance swimming I just don't seem to win much these days; maybe it's just because I'm getting older? Either way, though, it amkes me very happy when students ask me to particpate in things like that.

Some weird chipper person shot me with a water gun, so I decided I wasn't going to take it sitting down. I got a clean headshot with perfect aim. All I had were some shitty gear with trash stats but I guess it's only fair that I have to play with a handicap, w
