I got a new cactus recently. Even though it's a cactus, I think it looks kind of fluffy; it's very cute. Apparently, the care instructions for it are different from the ones I usually tend to, so I'll do my best to look after it carefully.
What's a memory you have of Valentine's Day?
Once, when we had made the decision to have Valentine's Day drinks on the menu at Bar 4/7, the master let me try a prototype of one of the drinks. Of course, it was a non-alcoholic one. It was very delicious; I would like to be able to make it for myself.

I kinda just spend most of my time relaxing, so I don't really have much breaking news... but now that I think about it, I got really surprised the other day when a huge pig, of all things, wandered right past Raimentei. [laughs] It was on a leash, so I figure it was probably a neighbor's pet or something, y'know?
What's a memory you have of Valentine's Day?
One time I made an offhand comment on stage at some event or another about how I wanted alcohol more than I wanted chocolate, and I ended up getting so much booze that we were like, "couldn't we fill a pond with this?". It was kind of a pain because we had nowhere to put it, so we had to load up several trucks with it to take it away.

It seems that there is a new bakery opening in our neighborhood, and Rokuta is already very interested in it. After doing some research, I discovered that it is a famous line of bakeries that is famous for its croissants. I wonder if this will be added to my breakfast repertoire? I will keep a close eye on developments.
What's a memory you have of Valentine's Day?
Rokuta and Kei baked a chocolate pound cake for me. Neither of them is accustomed to making them, so it was undercooked and still rather powdery... and yet, for some reason, its taste was very warming. I intend to give a return gift on White Day.
